Rishyak grew up understanding the importance of justice and cultural diversity in our country. He is a first-generation Lawyer of the family. He grew up hearing stories from his grandfather explaining how he just wished there was legal help in a language he could speak and understand. It is important for an attorney to understand the confusion that those from rural areas might have while navigating the legal world.

Rishyak fulfilled his childhood dream by completing his undergraduate studies at The Karnataka State Law University. There, he received a Bachelor of Law, with a strong emphasis on civil laws. Rishyak gained crucial experience with the Civil litigation in his initial years of practice. Because of the immense case load at the RRD’s Office, Rishyak gained experience participating in virtually every type of criminal and civil case possible working alongside the most experienced criminal defence attorneys in the state of Karnataka.

Since graduating law school, Rishyak passed the bar exam of both Karnataka and India. He is licensed to practice before the High courts of each state. He has been admitted to practice law before lower courts in the district of Bangalore and other rural courts around Bangalore as well as National Company Law Tribunal. He has represented various criminal civil before superior and lower courts across Bangalore.
In his personal life, Rishyak is a dedicated cook and a motorcyclist who loves taking solo bike rides across the length and breadth of the country. Beyond sports, he is an avid fan of film and music.
